Holiday Funfest Sponsorship & Game Opportunities

MSAE Industry Partners - We are excited for the upcoming 2024 Holiday Funfest. This year, to keep it fun, we are changing it up (just a little bit), and instead of cornhole, we are having games of all kinds! Think yard games, giant Connect Four, a putt-putt hole in one, Corn Hole (single board), etc. You could even put a holiday spin on it for added fun! 

As always, we have some great opportunities to get your name and team in front of association professionals.  These include:

Event Sponsor: $1,000 - 3 available

  • The event sponsor will have their logo included on all marketing materials (after the sponsorship is purchased).
  • Includes a complimentary Game Station
  • 2 complimentary registrations
  • Logo on the front of the Holiday Passport
  • Logo on the website 
  • Logo on signage/materials at the event

Food/Dessert Sponsor: $1,000 - 4 available

  • The food sponsor will have their logo included on the food station(s)
  • Includes a complimentary Game Station
  • 2 complimentary registrations
  • Can provide goodies to set out on the event tables (pens, cookies/candy with logo, stress balls, etc.)
  • Logo on the website
  • Logo on signage/materials at the event

Beverage Sponsor: $500 - 3 available

  • The beverage sponsor will have their logo included on the beverage station/bar
  • 1 complimentary registration
  • Option to have a specialty drink, or provide cups with your logo for the beverage station (only one cup options is available so sign up early)
  • Logo on the agenda for the event

Game Sponsors: $300 - 10 available

Each game station sponsorship will include:

  • 1 complimentary registration
  • Your company name on the Holiday passport (attendees will play the games, you will sign off on the card, and they will be put in a drawing)
  • A cocktail round that you can decorate
  • The opportunity to have your own mini-drawing at your station. You can collect business cards or have people complete a small form (of your own making), and provide a mini-drawing item. This could be an overnight stay, a small basket of goodies, etc.
  • You are responsible for providing your own game. Please make sure it takes more than a few minutes to play, and doesn't take up a large amount of space (please ask if you have questions about your game idea). If you don't have an actual yard game, social media has some great ideas if you search family holiday games or reindeer games.

Auction Baskets:

Each year MSAE holds both a silent auction and a live auction for our attendees. We encourage Industry Partners to provide baskets for the auctions. Baskets valued at more than $500 will be included in the live auction. Items valued below $500 will be part of the silent auction. Past items have included weekend trips, golf outings, game tickets, wine baskets, lottery tickets, holiday items, etc. Unique experiences also make great auction items. You can sign up to provide a basket on the registration form. Please provide additional details of your basket to [email protected] no later than Dec. 1. 

Set-Up Details:

  • 3:00 PM - Can arrive to begin setting up
  • 4:00 PM - Doors open to attendees 
  • 4:30 PM - Games and Silent Auction Begins
  • 6:30 PM - Games Wrap Up & Annual Meeting Begins
  • 7:00 PM - Live Auction Begins
  • 7:30 PM - Silent Auction Ends and Tear Down Begins
